Do you offer a referral bonus?

Yes. We pay $200 cash for every signed contract that comes from one of your referrals. So if you know a neighbor who needs doors, a new deck, or framing work, send them our way and we will take care of you once the contract is signed.

How long does a typical deck or window project take?

Project timelines depend on size, materials, and weather. A standard window replacement is often completed in a single day, while a full custom deck can run anywhere from one to three weeks. Roofing patch work and small framing jobs are usually wrapped up much faster. We give you a clear timeline with your free estimate.

We are fully insured and bring 20+ years of hands-on experience to every project. From small roof repair jobs to full basement remodels, every job is treated with the same care and craftsmanship.

1. Services

Three Strong Restoration L.L.C. provides residential contracting services in Rockford and surrounding areas, including decks, doors, windows, roof repair, framing, garage builds, power washing, and basement remodels.

All services are subject to availability, scheduling, and site conditions. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service for any reason permitted by law, including unsafe site conditions, safety concerns to our crew or to occupants, or legal restrictions.

Three Strong Restoration L.L.C. operates only in Illinois unless explicitly stated otherwise in a written agreement with the customer.

2. Estimates and Pricing

Estimates are non-binding unless provided in writing and signed by both parties. Final pricing may vary based on the scope of work, materials selected, site conditions, code requirements, or unforeseen issues discovered during the project.

For projects exceeding $1,000, a written contract will be furnished in accordance with the Illinois Home Repair and Remodeling Act (815 ILCS 513), and the customer will receive a copy of the Illinois Attorney General's "Home Repair: Know Your Consumer Rights" brochure prior to contract execution.

3. Payments

This website does not collect or process payments. All payments are handled outside the website using methods agreed upon directly with us.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion of the agreed-upon work. Failure to pay may result in lawful collection actions, which may include mechanic's lien filings under Illinois law, collection agency referral, or legal action.

4. Appointments and Access

The customer is responsible for providing safe, reasonable, and lawful access to the work area. This includes securing pets, removing hazards from the work area, and clearing pathways needed for crew, tools, and materials.

The customer is responsible for any injury, damage, or delay caused by unsafe site conditions that were not disclosed prior to the start of work. Cancellation rights, if any, will be set forth in the written contract for the specific project.
